nice moments at a perfect location
helpful staff early check-in breakfast variety convenient location
the staff was helpful and cute. i was able to check in early, which i greatly appreciated after my travels. breakfast offered a good variety, with fresh items available daily. the location made it easy to walk to many tourist sites.
the tram vibrations could be felt sometimes. it was not significant, but it was there.

The location was perfect for my visit. It was very easy to access tram stops. This made getting around simple! Breakfast was so good. It was a wonderful surprise.

Central Location and Great Service
convenient location comfortable bed friendly staff
the location proved INVALUABLE, a mere five-minute walk from the train station. the room provided was bright, spacious, and included a very comfortable double bed. the staff demonstrated really good friendliness and willingness to assist, even accommodating an earlier check-in. the breakfast buffet presented numerous choices.
the absence of air conditioning posed a challenge, especially given the hot weather . i relied on a fan, but more effective cooling would greatly enhance comfort during warmer months.

the hotel was near the main train station. this location made travel very easy. the breakfast offered a buffet menu. i found the mattresses quite comfortable.
the female receptionist was not friendly. she acted like our check-in was an inconvenience. the door to my room did not close properly. i also found the pillows uncomfortable.

the hotel is very close to the central railway station. the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. the breakfast had good variety too!
the tram noise outside was noticeable at times. i would have preferred a room facing the courtyard.
